Madonna University's Live-On Requirement Policy

All first-year undergraduate students who are U.S. Citizens, Permanent Residents and International Students who have an approved immigrant or non-immigrant visa not specifically issued for education purposes, whose primary U.S. residence is outside the geographical boundaries located on the Madonna University Live-On Requirement Map, must reside on campus and purchase a meal plan for one full academic year (fall and winter semester) at Madonna.

All new International (F-1 visa) and English as a Second Language (ESL) program undergraduate students must reside on campus and purchase a meal plan for their first full academic year (fall and winter semester) at Madonna.

Madonna University uses the address included in each student’s initial application for admission as the primary U.S. residence for the purposes of this policy.

Special Request Form

If you would like to make a special request, please submit a "Special Academic or Administrative Student Request" form through MyPortal (click on the "students" tab and choose "e-forms"). 

To maximize your understanding of the live-on policy and ensure your special request form is complete and accurate, we strongly recommend discussing the policy with your admissions officer before submitting.
