Parking Instructions

1. Download and print the Move-In parking pass (PDF) and display it on your vehicle's dashboard prior to arriving for move-in.
2. Drive directly to the Franciscan Center Gathering Space to check-in and receive your room keys. Use the campus map on the back page of the move-in guide for reference. Attendants will assist you with directions to the appropriate loading zone or staging area.
3. You will have 20 minutes to unload your vehicle at the curb with the help of student volunteers. After 20 minutes, you will need to park your vehicle in a nearby lot as directed by the parking attendants. Please help us provide quick access parking for as many people as possible by respecting this time limit.
4. After you park your vehicle, you can proceed back to your assigned residence hall to continue with move-in. 

Residence Life Office

The Office of Residence Life will be open during move-in as follows:

Thursday, August 24th 9 a.m - 5 p.m.

Friday , August 25th 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Sunday, January 7th  9 a.m. - 5 p.m. (Move-in will be after 7 p.m.)

Fall 2023 Move-In Dates

IMPORTANT:  Move-in is NOT permitted until a student has both the Residence Hall Student Enrollment Deposit AND Housing Application submitted and processed. Deposits are processed by our Student Accounts and Admissions Office office Monday-Friday.

Winter 2024 Move-In Date

The move-in date and time for all incoming winter semester residential students is Sunday, January 7th starting at 7 pm at the University Center front desk/lobby area.
